When you go across the ladder it is very bumpy one of the ladder pits is broken. I loved doing the slow race because i was in the final 3 the ladder was quite hard on the first time I LOVED IT.
You have to have a reflector on the front of your bike and a red one at the back and you also need to have the lights on your wheel and on your petels. Your helmet needs to be tight but not to tight and it needs to fit perfectly
You must have the Reflector on your pedals from your bike and you have to have a red reflector under your seat. You must have your helmet tight and make sure it fits perfectly. When we were practising looking over your shoulder and putting your hands for direction it was easy.
You need a red reflector on the back of your bike and orange reflectors on your pedals. Your helmet needs to be a good fit and the strapping needs to be tight under the chin and under the ears. IT WAS FUN, FUN, FUN !!!

ReplyDeleteWe had to do an obstacle course and a few other things. The obstacle course was my favourite. I loved going over the plank and the ladder.
